Been to the gym tonight and got weighed and measured, not good news, I haven't put any weight on nor have I lost any, and I've put inches on. I know myself I haven't got back into the right mindset with it, and I need to, I hate being fat and struggling to find clothes that fit, well it is a bit easier now I'm an 18 but I would love to be a 12, so starting tomorrow begins the new regime, cutting down on portion sizes and plate sizes as well, I have a huge plate that I put my food on and I always fill it up so that the plate is full, so going to use a small side plate, I also need to up my exercise as well, I'm going to go gym 4 times a week and hopefully get some swimming done at weekends, oh yeah, and starting tomorrow I'm going to give up smoking as well!! My ultimate goal is to be a size 14 for the Xmas works do so I can wear a sexy dress!! Fingers crossed for me!

I eat too much, of the wrong things, sit around all day at work, and sit around at home!

Are you eating the right stuff, as well as eating smaller portions?
